Electrify your fleet.
Skip the charging
downtime.
Swap Energy puts delivery riders back on the road in under two minutes. No charging bays, no idle bikes, no battery capex: a swap-station network built for fleets that can't afford to stop.
“Swap Energy offers delivery fleets a complete solution to transition to electric seamlessly: Electric motorcycles, battery-swapping network, maintenance and the fleet software in a single subscription with no charging downtime, lower costs and zero emissions.”
Electric vs. petrol is the decision every delivery fleet now faces.
The move away from petrol is already underway with or without Swap Energy: Dubai's regulators are building for it, competitors are piloting it, and delivery volumes are growing faster than the petrol model can absorb.
Four costs compound every year a fleet stays on petrol.
High Carbon Emissions
400,000 motorcycles. Nearly 2 million tonnes of CO2 per year. That's over 845 million litres of petrol.
High Maintenance Costs
Frequent servicing, oil changes, and mechanical breakdowns, far more costly than any EV equivalent.
High Downtime
Every breakdown and maintenance stop is direct revenue loss for riders paid per delivery.
Volatile Fuel Costs
Petrol prices are unstable and rising. Riders have zero control over their biggest operating expense.
Charging is the hidden cost of an electric fleet
Every hour on the charger is an hour off the road
Hours to recharge a depleted pack, so bikes sit idle through the peak delivery windows they were bought for.
Batteries are the biggest line item, and every spare pack bought to cover charging time degrades on your balance sheet.
Charging infrastructure means real estate, wiring and grid upgrades you fund before the first delivery.
Trade the empty pack for a full one and keep moving
Back on the road in under two minutes at battery-swapping stations across Dubai.
You never own the batteries, so there is no pack capex and no degradation risk; Swap Energy manages health and replacement.
Nothing to build: fleet size follows demand instead of charging capacity, on a network already live across the city.
How a fleet runs on the Swap Energy network
Downtime goes to near zero
A swap is under two minutes. A charge is hours.
Battery capex disappears
You pay for energy, not for packs. No spare-battery inventory, no replacement cycle to budget for.
Maintenance drops
No engine oil, no filters, no exhaust, no transmission service.
Emissions go to zero
Zero at the tailpipe, which is increasingly what your enterprise clients are being audited on.
One contract. Four layers. No integration work.
Swap Energy delivers the motorcycles, the swap network, the service centre and the fleet software as a single agreement. Fleet operators sign once, and every layer is specified to work with the others from day one.

Questions operators ask
How long does a battery swap take?
Under two minutes. A rider pulls into a Swap Energy station, removes the depleted pack, and takes a fully charged one from an available bin. There is no charging wait and no appointment.
How much does an electric motorcycle cost in Dubai?
Swap Energy prices commercial electric motorcycles per fleet, based on size, duty cycle, and whether you take the bike outright or on a Battery-as-a-Service or Fleet-as-a-Service plan. Because batteries are subscribed rather than bought, upfront cost is materially lower than the sticker price of a comparable petrol delivery bike. Request a quote for current rates.
Which electric motorcycle is best for delivery in Dubai?
For long shifts and heavy loads, the Swap Energy EG1: 110 km of range, 100 km/h top speed, 9 kW mid-drive motor, 180 kg payload. For dense urban routes with frequent stops, the ADV: lighter, more agile, dual 74V 28Ah packs, 100+ km of range. Both swap at any Swap Energy station.
Do I need to buy the batteries?
No. Under Battery-as-a-Service, the packs stay Swap Energy's. You pay for access to the swap network, which removes battery capex and the eventual replacement cost from your balance sheet.
Are Swap Energy motorcycles road-legal in the UAE?
Yes. Swap Energy has secured all relevant certifications and approvals from the UAE authorities, including the Certificate of Conformity from MOIAT (Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology) and RTA approval and registration. Both models meet UAE road regulations and are fully cleared for fleet registration and insurance.
Can you support a fleet that's growing?
Yes. Fleet-as-a-Service scales the bikes, the swap allocation, and the service coverage together, so adding riders doesn't mean re-engineering your charging setup.
The direction is decided. The only open question is your cost of waiting.
Every year a fleet stays on petrol, it's carrying fuel-price risk regulators are actively legislating away, maintenance costs electric doesn't have, and downtime competitors are already eliminating. Swap Energy is the fastest way to make the switch without owning a single battery.
